General Information and Rules

• Ultimate, Grand and Mini Supreme Titles will receive $200 Bond with at least 45 contestants entered and registered for competition. With less than 45 registered contestants, pageant cash will be substituted.  Cash equivalent will be awarded at crowning or to receive Bond, parent must provide social security number and bond will be mailed to winner.
• Judges decisions are final. Bad sportsmanship will not be tolerated by contestant, contestant’s family or friends.
• Only accepting 7 per division, director has the right to split and/or combine divisions with 3 contestants or less.
• Registration fee must be received by December 10^th, 2011 or add $50 late fee.  If you would like to give this entry as a gift from Santa, we will mail gift package in time for Christmas Eve with Full Fees Paid.
• Registration Fee will only be refunded if pageant is cancelled.  One half of the fee may be used against a future pageant.
• 2011 Mega, Ultimate and Grand Winners will not be allowed to re-compete, but are invited to attend as royalty and help with crowning and other activities.
• A production company will be on hand to video and photograph this event and No Cameras or Video Equipment will be allowed in ballroom.  They will have order forms on hand at registration to preorder. Fee is usually around $100 for a package of photos and DVD
• Please do not take second hand advice or information!  Call or email director for correct information.  Names and numbers of entries will not be given out, please do not ask.
• We will keep updates and new information on web site so visit often for latest information.
• We will allow contestants to sell up to 4 ad pages @ $100ea.  You will receive free entry with 4 sold or $50 credit for each page.  Your entry fees are due in December, but you may sell ads until Jan 7^th to recoup any out of pocket money you have sent in.  Please contact director if you plan to sell ads.
• Please wear your crowning T-shirt and anything in blue denim for crowning.  You may wear your choice of shoes.  T-shirt colors will be in the red, white and blue family.
• All 2012 Supreme title holders are invited to attend “Royalty Weekend” in Jackson, MS Feb 10^th. & 11^th. Friday night will be a pizza party for 2012 Royalty. Saturday morning we will ride in the Dixie National Rodeo Parade as a group and attend an afternoon performance of the Dixie National Rodeo Show (these tickets are provided for Royalty).
